Me too - so I will watch this thread with interest

I've used individual herbs for health but not in combination - and although I've grown herbs half-heartedly for a while I'm just starting to think more seriously about my herb garden.

I have a very good book in medicinal plants, which are most of them herbs or weeds, and I can only recommend to buy this kind of book! Unfortunately mine is in french !
It gives you another dimension in gardening, complementary with health-focused gardening...
and it works perfectly!

Tis the season for nettle soup (recently promoted to superfood status )

Those of you with creaky joints or cold knees could do like the romans did...

'Urtication'....basically you get someone to flog you with nettles

Some say that the Romans actually planted nettles by their roads for just this purpose as the weather was too cold for them in England (and Vespas had yet to be invented )
