| Tis the season for nettle soup (recently promoted to superfood status )Those of you with creaky joints or cold knees could do like the romans did... 'Urtication'....basically you get someone to flog you with nettles ![]() Some say that the Romans actually planted nettles by their roads for just this purpose as the weather was too cold for them in England (and Vespas had yet to be invented )Last edited by Maf; 16-05-2008 at 09:45 AM. |
