Default Flat leaves parsley

I have six very healthy looking parsley plants that suddenly started to turn yellow.they were bought as seedlings initially but i just don't know what has happened!any suggestions please?

My only thought is that they can fade very quickly if allowed to get too dry. I planted out some flat leafed parsley two weeks ago and at this time of year it's growing fast. Ascertain there is no one spraying weed killer in the vicinity, it's been quite windy lately.
