  • Where's Paul?

    Wagland that is.

    Is he on holiday?

Noticed in the latest edition that his Allotment Gardener feature has been replaced by a family dude.

Is this a permanent feature? No introduction of the new dude as far as I could see...

In fact, I'm pretty sure there are two new dudes (I'm going from memory here as my copy's at home).

    What would Vedder do?

I noticed that too Wayne, I think he's left the mag. as his name isn't mentioned anywhere & the allotment page was introduced as Simon Akeroyd-the new face of the regular allotment round up. I like Paul, I loved his little building projects!

He's been writing for Country Smallholder for a couple of months, so he's still about!

I liked Paul's ever-changing hairdo. It was like a mystery every month - will he have hair, will he not? Will he have a beard, will he not? Will he have a beard and no hair?

          The options were endless!!
Sad to see you go Paul.

Nope, still no Paul in this months mag. No intro of the new dude either, but he has kids.

Paul's were my favourite bits. Anne Swithinbank is good too, but she doesn't build stuff...

I thought this new guy was only standing in for Paul but Simon is still doing The Allotment Gardener!! It would have been nice to have an intro to the new guy or a bye from Paul. Come on GYO...what's going on???

Hello chaps, thanks for the concern. I'm still alive and kicking, just not with GYO!

Getting so busy lately that I've had to concentrate on other projects. Besides which I was running out of things to build!

Whoops... did I mention I was really busy? Jeannine and I are buying a 'project' house, ie four walls, one roof and half a million death watch beetles.

Don't do that piskie - LadyWayne will go all unnecessary.
