I just want to show my gratitude for the excellent customer service I got recently when contacting GYO for November's issue. I was lucky enough to have a comment I made on these forums printed, but unfortunately I missed the November issue in the shops. I'm working 14 hour days at the moment until my new, shiny website goes live (counting the days down until Thursday next week), and I was gutted to find that all November issues were gone in the shops.
I contacted Lucy the lovely editor asking if I can buy back issues, and I got one sent in the post. Amazing - thank you so much
