Yes no freebie from wilkinsons !! just filling the card in for the fig tree and soup book, also the paper address label had a offer for a free food book, no P&P

On the home page the blurb about the October issue says a free pair of secatuers for every reader. I've read the magazine front to back , back to front even upside down but can't see it. Is this a mistake or am I missing something?

I know it was offered in last months mag and wilkinsons ran out very very quickly at many stores. If its not on offer for this month then the blurb under October Issue on the home page for this site needs changing.

Subscribers Club

Just tried to log into the GYO subscribers club and found that I need a reference number that was on the plastic wrapping that the magazine comes in to get into
the My Account part.
Threw this away when I got the magazine so I guess I will have to wait for next months issue to go onto it.

I can't believe that I have been getting the mag for all this time and never noticed this before.

The ref number is on the back of the voucher for the free book.....above your name.

This is from the site:
Your Web ID is the 8 digit alphanumeric code that is printed by your name and address on the polythene that your subscription copy is sent in

The number above my name on the paper is 2 sets of 5-digit numbers

I had the same problem a few months ago.I had to email:

aceville@servicehelpline.co.uk

And include my name and magazine in the email.It did take them a wee while to respond though
