Becs it is on the cardboard sheet poking out of the magazine inside the plastic sleeve. You have to send away with p+p for those.

Mine arrived yesterday, and had a lovely soak in the bath last night reading it

Reading the email I also thought it included a free DVD. I was in Tesco's and thought it had fallen off the cover.
