Spanish Omelette.
Contains homegrown Robinta potatoes, Pikant shallots, Sturon onions (came out very small but fine for cooking anyway!) & Italian plum tomatoes.Slightly blurry photo, was drinking red wine whilst making it!

Meat sauce; base for bolognese, lasagne, shepherds pie etc..
Contains white lisbon spring onions, cayenne chilli peppers, orange bell sweet peppers and kaibi round sweet peppers.
