I've googled this squash - of which I have a few growing at lottie - but i have drawn a blank. I have no idea what variety it is & wondered if any of you can help me please?

I made a batch of lottie soup & it was surprisingly devine.
I've patted myself on the back for it too,
My darling children said it looked like sick & they wouldn't touch it. Ha ha,
My cunning plan worked & it's all mine,

All stuffed up with spaghetti
She cooked up a big batch of soup
and called it Betty-etti
