  • 1st timers- we had a great time growing.

We are first time growers of fruit and veg this year. With the help of our greenhouse, we have had a wonderful time growing our own fruit and veggies.
We started early february, germinating seeds, it gone so fast.
Have a look at our blogger, lots of photos to see.

          Bumble's pics were incredible weren't they !!
Well it's only my second year of trying sunflower and l don't pretend to know much yet but l have learned alot this year. What did you plant - and what problems did you have ? l might be able to suggest things for better luck next year.

l've grown all sorts this year as well...much much better than last year and mostly that was because l covered an awful lot of them to stop the damn pests getting them before we did.

l'm not into chillies at all so those pics were lost on me sadly...but l totally agree about the garlic - it looks wonderful !! l meant to try that myself this season but just didn't get around to it - l will next year tho so l'm hoping to get a few tips on here about that.
do you grow it outside or in the greenhouse ? Also - with companion planting in mind..would it be good to plant among the cabbages do you think ??
