Anyone got any tip for getting these little beggers to germinate, mine have been in a heated prop for 4 weeks and not showed themselves as yet

I usually throw the seeds on the garden when I cut back my verbena at about this time of year. They always seem to germinate as I often have to thin them out.
I wonder if they are a plant that needs some cold to start them into growth. If I have any left in the garden to cut back, I can send you the seed.
I'll go and check - the goldfinches might have had what's left.

BTW I never could grow them from seed in a propagator so bought one plant and grew as above!

Try putting them in the fridge for a week and then see if there is any difference

Its not much use atm MikeB but once you've got it you'll be more concerned with stopping its seeds germinating! I love it but it grows everywhere and anywhere in our garden!

Yes, they need a chill first... they need to think they have just had winter and now is the time to germinate.

I bought a (one) plant two years ago, I have several now - they are little devils at throwing themselves around
