Default orchid - repotting advice needed

My beautiful phaleonopsis desperately needs repotting and has done for some time, it had 2 kiki's which i was waiting to get big enough to cut off before i repotted the mother plant, and then it decided to produce a flower spike, so i left it - the flowers are nearly open, and then today i noticed another flower spike!

Does anyone know if its OK to re-pot when it is flowering? its still growing like mad (i don't feed it that often either) and is bursting out of its pot (probably why its trying to flower so much - even the kiki is producing a flower spike!). I have a larger pot to transfer it to but i know they like to be pot bound, which it wouldn't be in this new pot.

Any advice? cheers
