 I am sure I placed this post in the vegging out section, so I assume that as it is a sunflower the mods think its not an edible plant but I grow them for the seeds they produce rather than the flower as I enjoy eating them, you wet them slightly then shake with salt and then bake for about 15 minutes.      |
