Default Mammoth Sunflower

Hi

Has anyone on here grown mammoth sunflowers before, I just got some seeds with an order from america.

I am sure I placed this post in the vegging out section, so I assume that as it is a sunflower the mods think its not an edible plant but I grow them for the seeds they produce rather than the flower as I enjoy eating them, you wet them slightly then shake with salt and then bake for about 15 minutes.

I also love to eat sunflower seeds..

Let them dry out then eat...

I have grown some huge sunflowers from seeds I bought over from Australia with me almost 3 years ago. Have never eaten them but will try after the tips above.
