  • Help! Greenfly invasion.

    Hi everyone new to this site but what a great site, Just been out looking a my pots in the yard, have'nt got a garden so making the most of potted plants, and I have found greenfly, I dont want to start spraying chemicals but I have been told that washing up liquid or water is just has good, is this true if not what can I use. Sorry just realised I'm in the wrong bed should be Over the Fence story of my life

    I use the garlic capsules that you can buy from the chemist, mixed with washing up liquid and water.
    This mix has worked for me no greenfly and it doesn't harm the plants.

      Kill the ants. There will be ants as they will be farming the greenfly. Honestly - always works for me.

        How many threads on greenfly ?

        Just squish them with your fingers. No need for soapy water, which won't do your plants any good.
