Default Geranuim seed

Starting to get real twitchy now....when can I start my geranium (pelargonium) seed?

My seed packet says from January to March with 7-14 days for germination. What a rip off, there are only 6 seeds in a packet and it's an F1 hybrid . You're not alone, I think I need to start sowing some of the flower seeds too.

BTW some of my last year hanging basket plants (the useful trailing ones like Nepata, Diasca, Verbena, mini trailing Petunia) are still intact and I'm planning to make cuttings from them. The frost didn't kill them off.

Planted my first lot of pelargonium yesterday. Keeping one packet for later just in case.
