Default Clematis Mandshurica

I have planted some from seed and have just two seedlings to show for my efforts. They each have two leaves but they don't seem to be growing. They are each about 3/4 cm in diametre and have been like that now for nearly two weeks. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? What can I do to give them a boost (they did take nearly 2 months to germinate, so perhaps they are just slow!!!)
Any advice please.......
