| Hi, Very quick post as i've got to pop out, but I want to identify this climber I have in my back garden and I figured someone here might be able to help. I've posted pics on my blog here - http://thecornflake.blogspot.com/2007/08/unidentified-climber.html This isn't an attempt to get loads of people to visit my blog by the way, just the easiest way to show the pictures to people. I don't have any adverts on there or anything. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to have a look, I'd really like to know what it is.

| Is it just me or does anyone else think it needs digging up and planting about a foot deeper? I've found with all my roses that they do better if they feel nice and secure. Just thought I would ask. Jan

| I've lived there since May, and I've never seen any flowers on it. I don't think it's a rose. At the bottom of the smaller shoots with leaves on them there are a few soft prickly bits where the shoot joins the branch, otherwise it has no thorns or anything. ![]() Edit: I've been Googling that type of rose and it does seem extremely similar. I'm just wondering why I haven't seen any flowers. I'm thinking it could be that now though. Some pictures of the branches and stems I saw were exactly the same.
