Default Sweetest fig variety??

I was listening to gardeners question time some weeks ago and the tipic of fig trees came up. Someone said she had a brown fig tree, but the expert named a variety and said that that one was the absolutely sweetest one ever. He Likened it to honey Now I want one and I can remember the name Any ideas anyone??

It was something like 'Langdons beauty', I can't find many fruit tree suppliers to look at the variety names

"Lisa" is one of the best I have tasted. It was grown in Kent outdoors, with winter protection.
