Default Ok my fruit trees have arrived, now what do I do?

I ordered 2 apple, 1 pear, 1 kiwi, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 2 blueberry. Like with kids, no manual arrived on how to care for them, so what do I do now? They are all about a foot n half high. Do I pot on or plant out or something else?

Your Kiwi should be OK outdoors if you protect the root in cold weather and keep sheltered if poss (next to a trelis/wall). We planted ours out last year and it was fine over winter. Is it self fertile?
Your citrus is deffinately not hardy so keep inside. Plant your apple and pear out now but don't prune as the root will take at least one month to set.
