Default apple tree problem or not

its my first year with this apple tree as it was hear before i moved in. i found just yesterday orange like eggs on thew end branches so i removed them are they moth eggs or some thing else, so it looks like and good day at the moment to do some other garden work weather nothing like the news said so far

I think it sounds more like the fungus coral spot. It is a fungus that usually lives on dead twigs, if it enters living shoots it may cause the death of branches. Shoots showing the disease should be pruned back 4-6 ins below the diseased area, and burned.
