| A few of the plots near me use spent hops as a thick mulch on their beds. Not totally sure what 'nutrition' they provide though...

| Done a quick bit of reaearch... Apparently spent hops have high nitrogen content, which is good for leafy growth. So your brassicas and other leafy veg like lettuce will appreciate it. It will also do your compost heap some good.
