 manure there are some heifers grazing in the field behind my house and of course theres loads of manure in there. was going to go in tomorrow and collect a bucket of it, will it benefit my veggies if I spread it on top of their soil?  Thanks in advance!       |

| Hi Salina I would reckon it'll be way too fresh - better to compost it.

| It would burn the crops. You would be better to collect as much as you can and pile it up to rot and then Dig it in in the spring.

| I collect from local field, cover with a plastic sack and leave 6 months before use. (rotted and full of worms) Excellent results from it:-) |
