Welcome to the Vine Jon Scun. Do you live anywhere near farms or stables. If so, phone them up, or call in on them. Offer to give them a place to be rid of it - they have to find a place to dump all that pony poo. They'll be glad to deliver it to you and be rid of it.
If you live in the city centre that could be a different problem.
You can show your location if you go into personal profile.
Just remember - with all that fresh manure comes the weeds.

I found any number of stables happy to be rid of it - just not happy to deliver it!
I've had many happy house shovelling it into and out of trailers .

I go to my local childrens farm, its a help yourself basis but just leave a donation (money)in the box, and you have a choice of all the different animal poos!

Just to add to the other posts try any local farms/stables they are usually glad to be rid of it. They are not allowed to dump it and they are no longer allowed to sell it to the food industry. We get ours from a farm 2 miles from us.
But do remember the manure should be well rotted & NOT FRESH.
