Default council composters kirklees (huddersfield)

I've been waiting for this for 5 years, ( i have been getting the council subsdised composters from my mothers allowance, diffrent council!)
and now they have finally come to us! my allowance is 3 and i'm having 2 so if anyone lives near enough to collect from us and wand wants the other just let me know within the next week. (cant wait any longer!)
they have 330 lt at 6 quid and 700 lt at 20 quid.
non of my neighbours garden so i could ask for their allowance if demand is high!
Just PM me your fone number or somthing.

Hi, I can't believe you have to pay for them! Lucky us in Chorley - we can get up to 3 free with a little bin (very pretty with lid) to put in the kitchen for waste. With the amount of council tax we all pay and the fact we have to recycle into normal, garden, plastic, glass & tin and cardboard, it's the least council's can do! happy composting

We had to pay as well. I was told that you pay the delivery cost & the composter is free.

We pay here in South Oxon too, £6 for 330 litres and a limit of 3 per household. Trouble is demand is "so high" that it takes about 6-8 weeks for delivery!
