Default Did my plan worng!

Hi All

For some reason when I was drawing up my plan this year I completely missed out two 2.4 beds * 1.2m beds which has given me nearly 6sqm on shich to plant more stuff!!!!

My question is - what would you grow ( that you don't already) if you suddenly had more space.

Look foward to some interesting suggestions.

Gill

I'm with Nicos; Asparagus, definitely. (My folks have a bed, but it's not big enough!) I also think more Onions, or perhaps Perpetual Spinach, as I can't get enough of that either.

Far better you have two extra beds than two too few!

I'd grow a bed of flowers for cutting! Loads of carnations, pinks, cosmos, dahlias, delphiniums, candytuft, mignionette, asters, evening primrose, lilies, gypsophila.... sorry - was drifting off into flower heaven there!
How big was the space again?

ooh more flowers I like that idea ... thanks.

Sadly I would have a shed but we aren't allowed structures of any kind on our plot... I've always dreamed of having a shed ( a bit strange for a girl I know)

LOL - I think I'd just like to sit in the doorway and drink tea in my wellies

I was thinking of going with coneflowers as I have a big clump in the garden that I need to divide. Funnily enough there are 100 free summber bulbs in this months GW so I think I may just have found a home for them.
