Did anyone else see this last night?

I want a hare! how lovely are they.

It was about 'my land' - Johny has bought some land, I so wish it was mine, he is a lucky boy!
So he has his land ('my land') its just about how it develops into a wildlife area. Lovely viewing!

also good was Bill Oddie, the 'parliament of rooks' had been chuckling good and proper!

Much as I love wildlife, I'm afraid B O and J K '"do me 'ead in!"

Seeing that herd of deer appear was just magical!

I only caught the last 10 mintues or so, so I didn't see the reason for the hares being in those boxes - anyone care to enlighten me?

i totally agree with you that we need people who are passionate about wildlife, when i was married to my ex-wife who was an Aussie, she could not beleive that i thought Steve Irwin was a great embassador for conservation, she just thought of him as a national embarassment and was horrifyed when I insisted we visit Australia Zoo. All to often these people are only taken seriously when they are gone and we should all listen to what they have to say here and now.

              Hares....yes
They were trapped on a farm that were over run with them! As hares are in decline (though not on this farm) they trapped and re homed them! a nice little story really.
They were holding the hares as if they were tame! if was so lovely to see people doing something nice to what must be classed as a pest to farmers and the like. I can understand why they want rid of them! But they are in my eyes still very lovely!

Not too keen on Bill Oddie although i do watch his programme and really enjoyed the Dippers, one of my favourite birds. I really like Johnny Kingdom and it must be great to be in his position to be able to own a piece of land like he has.
