The male blue tit that roosted in the nest box near my lounge window last winter has returned again this year.
He flew in at about 16.15 yesterday, perched on the outside of the nest hole for a good two minutes surveying the area before hopping inside to settle down for the night.
Great to see him back and looking in good condition.

The basket was just outside our kitchen window so every evening I could see his tail sticking out of the hole!
