I crop them with Picture Manager on Win10. Edit picture/Resize/Predefined width and height (you don't need to set that)/Save. Job done!

Look who I found in the bird feeder!

He is - and he isn't.
There's a commercial fatball feeder in the middle and he's not inside that.
The Tommy Cooper Fez is an upside down flower pot with a plastic frame beneath it that was meant to support tomatoes or summat, when I bought it cheap, years ago. So its a 2nd level of defence.
The squirrel is eating the seeds that came out of the fat balls, there was only a bit of fat ball left anyway.
FYI the Fez frame is attached to a plastic fruit bowl thingy which catches all the seeds that fall out so they can't drop on the floor and attract non tree-climbing vermin.
