Sorry, suziemoo - I haven't a ready made answer - the usual response about flea beetles is that they make unsightly holes in your plants but they don't trash the entire plant. Most people suggest just living with it.
There are sticky trap methods you can use to try and control them, or covering your plants closely with mesh to stop the beetles getting in to the crops. I don't bother, tbh.
