Can anyone advise what this plant is? This summer it has taken over my garden and grown everywhere within the borders, grass and cracks in the drive way.

I love the way water droplets nestle in the centre of the leaves like pearls.

I just wish I had more of them!!

Just let them seed and then you will curse them!

Alchemilla mollis. Lovely lovely plant! Frothy lime green flowers, and free seeding habit. Easily removed if unwanted, and easily given away if not. Lovely for edging gravel paths or driveways, or for filling in gaps to keep the weeds down.

My dog has just eaten the last of mine (probably vented on the rant thread) - the flowers are frothy lime green heads - they self seed readily - but only if you have any left to go to seed
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

I love looking at it after a rain shower. All the leaved are concertinaed up, and the water sits on them like ball-bearings. Worth it just for that. : D

I'll be 'removing' loads of seedlings in a few weeks...
