What's the best way to get rid of a ants nest and ant in a small greenhouse and a cold frame?

I tried a liquid feed thing(forgot the name of it) but they don't seem to be touching it.

If you can't wash them out with a watering can maybe try a liberal sprinkling of ground cinnamon to move them on.

Mouldy lemons work to an extent.

Do I just leave it near the ants nest? And how many would I need?

Several and just plonk them on to of the nest. Use the ones that have been squeezed they go mouldy quicker.
