When can I harvest my marrow? Is it a matter of whenever it's big enough, or does it need to cure or ripen or something?

how do plan on cooking it and what type marrow it is. . Since that will determine the size you harvest it.

Tell you what 1Bee, if you are only a small family then next season grow .. Table Dainty .. they 'max out' at 10 inch in length, a nice size for a stuffed marrow for two Last time I grew it I got 10 marrows during the season
