....for another sowing of broad beans (aquadulce). I am wondering if I can squeeze in another lot, or two. The first lot are doing really well but am thinking I didnt sow enough in total to get a good haul to freeze.

seeing how the weather & seasons seem to mixed up
it seems a lot of peeps are experiencing slow growth on account of the cold,
so would be worth a try,chit them first so you know which are goers,put them in trays or modules,and plant out when the weather is better,but harden them of first,sigpicAnother nutter ,wife,mother, nan and nanan,love my growing places,seed collection and sharing,also one of these -
I planted some more in loo rolls 2 weeks ago and they are just sprouting up now.
I planted more around 7 weeks ago and these are in the garden but only around 4 inches high still - I am putting this down to the weather though as I have put buckets over the top overnight with the frosts - also I am growing The sutton so I don't think they grow too high anyway - it's my first time growing broad beans.Comment
