  • Too late for lamb's lettuce?

Am I still ok to plant some of this? It's good to grow over the winter isn't it?

I sowed some last week if that's any help.
No harm in trying as it should be ok.

It's certainly not too late to sow - they are hardy enough to take the cold - however with the reduced light it will be early next year before you harvest. A welcome treat tho!

Depends when you want to harvest it. For autumn and winter use sow in August, for use next spring sow around October ideally under cover, and the plants will start to grow away with the first signs of spring.
