  • Tomoto Seedling turning white

My TOms have been outside today hardening off. About half of them have leaves that have turned very pale and started withering.
    They compost looks moist enough.
I've given then a bit of feed and taken them inside.

    Thoughts/help etc

I'll try to post a picture or 2 later this evening

It was very cold today. Is this the first time they went outside?

So, they have had two really warm days and one really cold one?

Probably wind burn or too chilly.

They often recover; but sometimes they don't. No way of knowing at the moment.

If the leaves have gone thin & papery then its windburn. Just be careful when hardening them off in future - don't let them get too cold, too wind blown until they're big & strong.
