Difficult to tell at this stage, the ones you have to leave on are a more compact type, and might have even now, a lot more shoots on them. Leave it for a few weeks and you might be able to tell then.
Maybe if you post a picture then someone will be able to help.

Hi Haza

I would leave them to grow on a bit as suggested, it doesn't matter if the shoots grow a bit before pinching them out. The cordons which need the pinching will grow straight up rather than outwards like a bush. When they start growing up, tie them in to some string or a split cane / bamboo cane so that you can see the shoots to be pinched more easily when the plants grow.

I have a shoot which looks to be producing flowers. Naturally I was thinking of snipping it, but I'll leave it for a while to see what happens.

If that shoot does end up becoming a flowering truss can I snip the branch below it? or just let the 2 grow side-by-side?

All shoots will flower, but on certain types of tomatoes this will be dertimental to the plants in the future. I did a post relevent to this on tomatoes touching the roof, or something like that, as someone else asked about shoots in that post.

This tomatoe business isn't easy....

One of my plants is forking at the top and a shoot with flowers is growing vertically in between. What should I do with it.

Well the one on the right has the bunch on it, so cut off the one on the left , just above the leaf.
Or stop it after a truss if you want, it will not hurt.
