    Wondered what sweetcorn you others grow, I have grown Incredable for the last 4 year but this year fancy a change. now been from the grim north I read that Sundance does well in the northern climate has any body tried it or any other veriaty that grows well up here.

        I grow f1 Sundance quite often...very good...obviously not Yorkshire here though!...Swift is a popular choice.

        I disagree with some on the other thread who have the corn in pots for over a month...i'd say wait a little longer to sow then harden off get em in quickly. they don't like the growth check .... definitely use cut off water bottles as cloches...really helps them acclimatise.

          We are not in the North but we grow F1 Applause.

          They didn't do too well last year, but then we did have a rather crappy Summer.
          We are trying them again this year and hopefully the Summer will be better.
