On advice from this site I ordered a dozen or so packets of seeds from alanromans.com. I have to say that the completed order was delivered within 3 days, absolutely superb service and, very reasonably priced. Although a limited seed range at the moment in seeds, they do a wide range of seed potatoes, this is where all my future requirements will be coming from. Highly recommended and worth supporting.

I have just checked out their website and was amazed at the low prices, although you rightly said that there wasn't much choice in veg seeds. I ordered mine from Suffolk Herbs (www.suffolkherbs.com) and their service was excellent. They have a huge range and the prices were very reasonable (I think), but not as cheap as Alan Romans. Benefit is that they are all organic seeds (or free from chemical treatments).
