  • Rusty broad beans

Broad beans suddenly not looking good, Brown Spot and Rust, I know I have to dispose of plants and not put them on compost, but should I just harvest the beans now, are they likely to continue to grow?

Should I do anything with the ground, once I've pulled them up? Not sure what I can plant in there after the bbeans?

    Thanks

My broadies had brown rusty spots last year. I totally forgot and put more in the same spot this year. So far they are doing great.
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
