My mum pointed out to me today that there is a potato festival at Dundry nurseries just outside cheltenham at staverton.

The festival is on 19th and 20th Jan (this weekend), but if you've seen a forecast its not looking good for them. I doubt I'll be able to make it. But I think I'll probably pop in over the next few weeks cos looks like they've got some unusual varieties.

It's really good to be able to buy just 2 or 3 spuds of lots of different varieties.

It's really bad to be fail to identify the lots of different varieties of spuds you've grown because you just threw them all in a box after cultivating...

Mal - why do NOGS have their potato day the same day as Ryton? Seems a bit strange!
