    Peas - they're multiplying

    I've got some peas growing in the pea bed. I suspected they would after I'd took the peas out as several big fat peas fell to the ground. Not a huge problem.

    BUT I've also got some growing in what was my onion bed. No idea how they've got there.

    Hmm.

            That's probably the sensible answer.
            Or that squirrel.

            Is it magpies or crows who bury things? We sometimes have lumps of bread half buried.

              Maybe mice? I have squirrels that plant things in the greenhouse - there are a couple of oak trees and a hazel in there now And something has swiped an enormous tomato - wonder whether that will germinate somewhere next year

                    Dare i say the fairies,whups just did,at least you got the option of replanting them,given the root size,makes a change from peeps saying the mice have swiped them,lol

                      Hadn't thought about replanting them where I actually want the peas to be. What a good idea!

                        I get this all the time - usually mice. I just leave them be and collect an additional surprise harvest.
