  • Lettuce-Leaf Tomatoes

I have bought some of these from The Real Seed Catalogue

"A new variety we have breed from a single plant found n a bed of trial Siberian tomatoes. Unique leaf shape, fantastic round red fruit. Large true bush type to 1m tall"

Just wondered if anyone else is trying them this year?

I tried them a few years ago and again last year and found that they formed strong bushes and then got very early blight (when other varieties next to them didn't suffer) and died. Have probably grown about a dozen plants at home and on the plot and not had a single ripe fruit. Gave the remaining seeds to a friend for her to try this year. Hope you have more luck.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
