Hi all
Have any of you out there grown either ginger or horseradish? Once (hopefully)
growing, would you harvest the whole plant, or just take some of it? I was thinking of potting the ginger and keeping in my greenhouse as presume the plant prefers warm conditions?
Any advice much appreciated.

Bought mine from Wilkos, so was cheap.
