Thought you might like to see a photo of the grow light unit I purchased a couple of weeks ago, the toms and chillis seem to like it, going to try growing lettuces hydroponicly later in the year

Yes it's one from ikea, unit cost £16 and the light Was £27.Comment

I agree with the monkey guy, you could hoist those plants way up near the light source. Is it adjustable?He-Pep!Comment

It's not adjustable, but I can use some plastic tubs under them to to raise them up.Comment

I have a similar one, and it recommends the top of the foliage being 6cm from the bulb.... but of course yours may be more powerful, so exercise some caution!He-Pep!Comment
