  • Germination bonaza!

I posted a couple of weeks ago bemoaning my poor germination rates. I took all my sorry-looking seed trays home, which seemed to get my courgettes going, and then this heat has caused practically every tomato seed and its replacement to germinate. I've got so many seedlings now. All my flower seedlings have popped up too. It's such an exciting flush of growth, I am loathe not to at least pot on all the seedlings to choose the very best plants. I suppose I can give the others away to people. I hate throwing away plants.

Magic!! Nature knows best when it comes to seed germination. Nature doesn't read the back of seed packets

Nature may know best, but I'm definitely going to buy at least a small heated propagator and a light for next year.
