    Afternoon Everyone

A while ago when I harvested my potatoes I found some lovely parsnips growing away quite happily under the foliage. I sowed and forgot about them long before the seed pots went in.
Then today, while watering my garden I found a sprout plant - that I thought had been eaten by slugs - was growing away rather nicely among the cucumbers.

I quite enjoy this finding the forgotten veggies malarky so went on a hunt for some more, but unfortunately I remembered planting / sowing everything else!

As I have the forgetting gene, or as the other half says early onset old age, I have to write the plantings in a book...trouble is I forget where the book is! But rather than forgotten veges, I tend to forget the varieties and then can't duplicate them in future. Ah well all good fun.

Maybe not forgotten but I had a PSB that went to seed. For some reason it sprouted from the bottom, a healthy looking new stem. I've cut off the seeding bit and hoping it'll feel like making some nice PSB sprouts over the winter. Not forgotten but certainly neglected...
