I'd dig them up then gently separate each plant and then replant them.

Yup- they grow too big to leave themn together.
Remember they like lots of feed AND water to get to a good size!

( took me years of failures to realise that!)

It would have been easier to separate when they were smaller, but it'll be OK. Water them very well before and after splitting
