  • Canarian Potatoes - "Papas Arrugadas"

I love eating these, and have bought back 4 tubers from the local mercado to grow here at the Hill.

Has anyone else grown them here, and if so, were they successful?

Anyone who has not eaten these potatoes has missed out big time! You can salivate over them here

I think you can do it with any small new potato Hazel. The real trick is the seawater boiling they get, but a strong brine to cook them in first would do.

It says you should use really small potatoes? If that's the case, I'd recommend growing Mimi (T&M) for some ridiculously small spuds
Might have to give that recipe a try though
