It is supposed to help with onion diseases isn't it. Does anyone grow it in this way as a precaution and does it work?

I'm growing about 50 at the moment along with about 50 marigold to mix in with the veg. Don't know if it helps reduce onion disease but the will attract beneficial beasties & look really nice amongst the veg.sigpic“Gorillas are very intelligent, but they don't have to be as delicate as chimps -- they can just smash open the termite nest,”
