are these marks normal or is there something wrong with them?

(and yes those little black dots on the leaf next to the chilli in the first pic are aphids.. thank you ever so much ants )

I seem to remember some of mine having them last year, but the chillis were fine.

It does not look anything wrong with plant, but it looks like purple pigments on both chillis and stems. Could it be sort of cross with purple jalapeno?

It's perfectly normal and is part of the ripening process, so no worries there

Some chillis suffer this if exposed to wind.

I got it a couple of years ago on plants that I moved outside but the greenhouse ones were fine.

Harvested the chillis and used them Ok though!

My chillies that I grew in my greenhouse always got this as well. So not sure about the wind tbh.
Sometimes I got virtually all black fruits. No idea what caused it. But they all tasted ok.
