    Anyone tried this concept?

Having traipses the tinterweb this last few weeks I am becoming intrigued in this concept of growing totally!

    Makes sence to me!

Would love a bash even on a short scale just for a bit of fun!

Is that Aquaponics or something different, Deano? If its a mistype, I'll change the title for you.

We all know you mean Rary
Are you including Fish in your Aquaponics? There seem to be so many similar words that I'm not sure what is what!

        Hydroponics, Aquaponics, Aquaculture..........???

Just loving the thought of a system that recycles water, as this is now actually becoming an expensive commodity!

Thank Gawd were not on a meter! It would cost us a fortune!

Yeah! Fish poo as a feed, then the beds get filtered and feed back to the tank, a littl more compressive, just wondered if anyone else had played with it

I have enough trouble keeping my plants alive, without having to worry about fish too!

You can't use your bath water, Deano - although the plants might like the bubbles.

it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

You are as old as you feel, and must admit of late I feel older than I should do!

                    Right!

This will be Doctored with a lid and will be the Fish tank for the whole concept to work!

Not guna be a massive set up but have a secondary tub the same size as a grow bed

Still early doors and still I haven't got a clue what I'm doing, but fun doing and trying to get my head around it!

^I wondered that and had a look. These systems seem to use solid sided tanks. I guess light comes from above, as in a natural environment.
